Do we get the RAW unedited files?

To ensure the highest quality and maintain our brand standards, we do not release RAW files. We curate and professionally edit the best shots from your session to ensure every image you receive is a finished work of art.

What is your “turnaround” time for photos?

Standard portrait and brand sessions are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. For weddings or large-scale events, you can expect your full gallery within 1–2 weeks, though we always send a few “sneak peeks” within 48 hours!

Can we choose the music for our video?

We use licensed music platforms to ensure your video can be shared anywhere online without copyright issues. We love hearing your vibe preferences (e.g., “upbeat and cinematic” or “moody and acoustic”), and we’ll select a track that fits the rhythm of your footage perfectly.

What happens if the internet goes out during a livestream?

We never rely on a single connection. Our “fail-safe” setup includes internet bonding, which combines multiple cellular and local networks simultaneously. If one drops, the others take over instantly without the stream cutting out.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We require a 40% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the shoot may incur a rescheduling fee.
